"Bought this to replace an existing unit been running for a few hrs now and it is working great and cools much better than previous unit. Installation was fairly easy however you will have to cut the plastic window insert to fit your particular window size took me about 10 seconds after getting out my cutting wheel. Happy with purchase so far."

"This air conditioner really does the job! We purchased it for our daughter's bedroom upstairs which is south-facing and gets a lot of sun. The installation was quick and easy and it cooled the room down very quickly! It does make a fair amount of noise but not bothersome or "rattley", just more like white noise. Now my other kids want one for their rooms!"
